Zelcar Games LLC ("we", "us") operates the XERA website (xera.gg) and the XERA game. We care deeply about your privacy — XERA is a family game and we keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect

Newsletter & contact forms: your name and email address, only when you send them to us voluntarily.
Orders: pre-orders are processed on xera.gg by our payment providers; we receive the information needed to fulfil your order (name, email, shipping address for physical rewards).
Technical data: basic, aggregated analytics about site visits. We do not sell personal data. Ever.

Children

XERA is made for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to contact@xera.gg. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.

Third parties

We use trusted providers for email delivery, payments and hosting. They only process data on our behalf and under contract.
