Your 7-day guarantee

Full refund for 7 days: every pre-order comes with a full money-back guarantee for 7 days after purchase. No questions asked.
To request it, email contact@xera.gg with your order number within those 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After the first week

Once the 7-day window closes, refunds can no longer be requested. Here is why: every pre-order is put to work immediately — it funds a bigger team, more creatures, more islands and a better game for everyone. The more support we receive, the more we invest into XERA. Because your contribution starts working for the game right away, it cannot be returned after the first week.

Purchases on other stores

Purchases made on Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox or Nintendo eShop follow the refund policy of that platform.
